RECIPES/INGREDIENTS:
* 1 kg of chicken
* 1 litre of water
* 2 onions, chopped
* 1 clove of garlic
* 350 g of spinach, chopped
* 2 tablespoons of tomato puree
* 1 tablespoon of salt
* 1/2 teaspoon of hot paprika or red pepper
* 200 g of ground egusi

METHODS:
• Boil the chicken for 5 minutes and drain.
• Transfer to another saucepan or pot and add chopped onion, garlic and salt. cook for 10 minutes.
• Add the blended egusi, tomato puree and pepper and continue cooking.
* Add the chopper spinach and simmer for 3 minutes. After 3 minutes, stir the egusi soup.
* Bring the water to the boil and add garri. Keep stirring until smooth and thick. Serve the eba with the egusi soup and enjoy.
