We continue our acquaintance with recipes from various cuisines of the world. Today, another of my favorite dishes is sho`rva.

Sho`rva (from the other Türkic. Chorba - “stew, brew”; [shorba] - soup, broth) - soup or meat broth among the Turkic peoples, which became widespread in the East and among peoples neighboring with the Turks.

This dish is not only very tasty, but also very healthy. Properly prepared sho`rva not only satisfies hunger, but also warms, soothes nerves and gives strength.

In general, shurpa is a soup cooked with a lot of meat and whole vegetables.
Since shurpa is a national dish of many peoples (Uzbeks, Tajiks, Turks, Azerbaijanis, Chechens, Moldavians, Greeks), there are also many recipes.

An Uzbek cook shared this recipe with my husband. We really liked it. The only thing this time we are preparing this delicious soup with beef, and not with lamb, as expected.
