Rating Chicken Alfredo

ALFREDO:
10oz pasta
(save 1/2c pasta water)

2tbs garlic (chopped)
4tbs shallots (chopped)
1c heavy cream
1/4c parmesan (grated)
1/2tsp salt

Optional:
1/2tsp pepper
1/4tsp red chili flakes

- saute shallots and garlic for 1 minute in a little butter or olive oil
- add the cream and spices, bring up to a boil then grate in the cheese
- add the cooked pasta and mix together (add pasta water as need).
