My FRIED CHICKEN attempt turned into an oil explosion!

✨Recipe:
1 ⅓ cup Buttermilk
1 tbsp Seasoned Salt
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp pepper
2 tsp cayenne
2 tsp garlic & herb spread
Frank's Red Hot Sauce

Directions:
1. Slice the chicken breast into strips and wash thoroughly.
2. In a medium bowl, combine buttermilk, seasoned salt, garlic powder, pepper, cayenne and garlic & herb spread. Set aside. In a separate bowl for the flour, use the same seasoning as above in the flour mix.
4. Dip the chicken from the buttermilk, into the flour, then back into the buttermilk, and back into the flour once more.
5. Fry in canola oil at 325°F for 10-12 minutes (do not overcrowd)
6. For the sauce: In a small pot over medium heat, combine 3 tbsp garlic & herb spread, 2 tsp minced garlic, 1 cup frank's red hot sauce, and 4 oz honey. Cook until sauce begins to thicken.
7. Pour the sauce overtop of the chicken, garnish with a bit of parsley serve and enjoy!
