Soljanka or the Russian name (соля́нка, originally селя́нка) is a classic of Russian cooking cuisine and has long been known across national borders. The original recipe for Soljanka is a traditional dish from Eastern Europe and beside this the version shown here was cooked in the former GDR. Along with borscht, this hearty stew is one of the most popular dishes in Russia and impresses above all with its slightly sweet and sour component. In addition to hearty pickled cucumber, ketchup, beef, salami and smoked sausage go into the soup. They form the perfect basis for the strong, hearty note. It was one of the most popular dishes in the former GDR! Very tasty and simple recipe of a soup for winter and summer.
Before serving put one spoon creme fresh and if you have one slice of lemon in the soup.

INGREDIENTS:
-500 g of beef
-250g smoked sausage
-250 g salami
-1 jar of pickled cucumbers
-2 bottles of ketchup
