MY PANCAKES
used 3/4 cup flour
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 tablespoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup water plus another 1/8 cup if needed
1 1/2 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 egg

For topping - used bananas, brown sugar and margarine

2/3 cup flour, 1/3 stick butter, baking soda, salt, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1/4 cup water (in place of milk)
