FOR THE TEST:
Flour 220 gr
Baking powder 10 gr
Sugar 70 gr
Salt 1/3 tsp
Cold butter 100 gr
Egg 1 piece (from the refrigerator)

FOR THE FILLING:
Seedless cherry 500 gr
Corn starch 2 tbsp.l (with a slide)
Sugar 2 tbsp.l (with a slide)

FOR THE GLAZE:
SOUR CREAM 350 gr
Sugar 80 gr (to taste)

Bake at 200 degrees (°C ) or (392 degrees °F) for 15-20 minutes.
